Overview of  Scale Agile Framework (SAFe)?

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the SAFe® Agilist certification, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Prerequisites:

1. None: There are no prerequisites for attending the SAFe® Agilist course for taking the certification exam.

2. Basic knowledge of Agile principles: Candidates should have a basic understanding of Agile principles and practices.

Course Requirements:

1. Attend a SAFe® Agilist course: Candidates must attend a SAFe® Agilist course, typically 2-3 days long.

2. Complete the course requirements: Candidates must complete all course requirements, including participating in class discussions, completing assignments, and passing the final exam.

Exam Requirements

1. Pass the SAFe Agilist exam: Candidates must pass the SAFe® Agilist exam, which is multiple-choice and web-based.

2. Exam duration: The exam is 90 minutes long.

3. Exam format: The exam consists of 45 multiple-choice questions.

Recommended Experience

While not required, Scaled Agile recommends that candidates have:

1. 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product management, or a related field. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.

2. Experience working in an Agile environment. Candidates should have experience working in an Agile environment, either as a team member or leader.
