LSSBB 

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) is the fourth level of Six Sigma methodology. It is applicable for professionals with experience handling complex projects and those already certified in any other lower level of Lean Six Sigma. The LSSBB professional monitors processes and uses his expertise for detecting and correcting errors from the initial phase to the final product. LSSBB maintains coordination with the other team members who may be yellow or green belts and ensures quality with minimum wastage. The LSSBB includes techniques and tools for improving processes and increasing business output. A complex project requires that the different processes are standardised, and failure of any one process may have a domino effect on the whole system. Wasteful processes are eliminated, and data from them is analysed.

The governing body for all belts and conducts Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification exams. The examination is held online for 270 minutes, and the candidate needs to score at least 550/750 to earn a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate. However, only three attempts are allowed as per governing body within three months.
