Course Roadmap
- Attend a 16-hour course instructed by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST).
- Along with reading the Agile Manifesto, and Scrum Guide, and browsing through the CSPO Learning Objectives, after effectively finishing the course, acknowledge the CSPO License Agreement. Fill in your details in the Scrum Alliance membership profile.
- There is no test to get CSPO certification. Scrum Alliance will email you the link to download the CSPO testament. You have to maintain your CSPO accreditation by gaining Scrum Education Units (SEUs) and renewing your certification after regular intervals.
CSPO Exam Fees
Candidates need to attend a two-day training program. During this training, they are familiarized with the Scrum framework through interactive classroom sessions, one-on-one communication methods, educational games and role-play sessions. They are instructed by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST), some of the best and most experienced in their field. Candidates receive their certification soon after the completion of their training.
The course cost includes a two-year membership of Star Alliance and the candidates also receive 16 PDU and 16 SEU credits.

Renewal cost
For most cases, the certification renewal cost is $100 every two years along with 20 SEUs. There is no exam re-take cost as there is no CSPO exam.
