We appreciate you purchasing our courses. Whether self-paced or instructor-led training, we make sure that users enjoy the process of finding, evaluating, and buying our courses.
The Refund Policy is subject to terms and limitations, just like any other online transaction. You accept our privacy and Terms of use policies as well as our return policy when you purchase a training course on StarAgile.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Technical Courses: Section 1
(DevOps, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Automation Testing, Full Stack, AWS)
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
If a candidate wishes to cancel their enrollment in any of our technical courses mentioned in the Section 1 they can apply for cancellation and refund. Please note the following eligibility criteria (whichever is applicable) for refunds:
Case 1: Refund within 24 hours of Enrollment
Candidates are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation within 24 hours from the enrollment date.
Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 24 hours
Candidates who have enrolled in a program that is starting in less than 24 hours from the enrollment date are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation before the program's commencement.
Refund Initiation:
Refund requests can be initiated in two ways:
Refund Requests Deadline:
Please note that no refund requests will be entertained after the commencement of the classes. It is essential to submit the refund request within the specified timeframes mentioned in the eligibility criteria.
Refund Processing Time:
All refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days of StarAgile's approval of the refund request. Please note that the refund will be issued using the same source as the original form of payment.
Refund Policy for Data Science OSL Program:
To initiate the cancellation of your enrollment, kindly submit the refund request within 24 hours from the date of your program enrollment.The processing of refunds will be completed within 15-30 business days after StarAgile approves of the refund request. It is noteworthy that the refund will be disbursed through the same channel as the initial mode of payment.

Non-Technical Courses: Section 2
(CSM, CSPO, PMP, SAFe POPM, Leading SAFe, ICP-ACC, PSM, PSPO, SSM, CBAP, SPC, JIRA, PMI-ACP)
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
If a candidate wishes to cancel their enrollment in any of our non-technical courses mentioned in the Section 2 and requests a refund, the following eligibility criteria (Whichever is applicable) apply:
Case 1: Refund within 24 hours of Enrollment
Candidates are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation within 24 hours from the enrollment date.
Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 24 hours
Candidates who have enrolled in a program that is starting in less than 24 hours from the enrollment date are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation before the program's commencement.
Refund Initiation:
Candidates can initiate refund requests through the candidate's orders section or by contacting our support team through the Help & Support section on our website, depending on the number of items in the order.
Refund Requests Deadline:
It is important to note that no refund requests will be entertained after the commencement of the classes. Candidates must submit their refund requests within the specified timeframes mentioned in the eligibility criteria.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment:
In the case of duplicate payments made by a candidate, the refund will be processed within 15-30 working days of receiving notification from the client. The refund will be issued using the same source as the original form of payment.
Refund Policy for EMI Transactions:
Case 1: Refund within 24 hours of EMI Enrollment
Candidates are eligible for an EMI Cancellation, if they apply for cancellation within 24 hours of the enrollment date.
Case 2: Program Starting in Less than 24 hours
Candidates who have enrolled in a program that is starting in less than 24 hours from the enrollment date are eligible for a refund if they apply for cancellation before the program's commencement.

Refund requests should be raised within 24 hours of enrollment. After 24 hours, refunds will not be applicable.
Refund Processing Time:
If the course fee has been processed through EMI or any finance option, the enrollment cannot be cancelled.
All refunds will be processed as per the company policy and Terms & Conditions. The final refund amount, if applicable, will be calculated accordingly.
