The straightforward answer is NO! Anyone who aims to become a Certified Scrum Product Owner must attend an in-person or live CSPO Training Course from Certified Scrum trainers. Then only they will be able to get the CSPO Certification.

There is currently no exam required to become a Certified Scrum Product Owner. CSPO  Certification can easily be obtained by completing a two-day classroom or live online course taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®).

Once you complete the CSPO Certification training by StarAgile, you will receive a course completion certification from Staragile along with 16SEUs and along with the designation of product owner, and 2 years of membership from Scrum Alliance.

Once you have earned your CSPO certification, you must keep it active because it is only valid for two years. To prevent it from expiring, you must renew it every two years.
