A. Certified Scrum Master - (CSM)

How to do it? - It is a 2 days course with an online exam containing 50 questions to be completed in 1 hour and to pass one must answer 37 questions correctly.

C. Certified Scrum Professional Scrum Master (CSP-SM)
What is it? - This is an advanced certification after basic scrum certification of Certified Scrum Master and Advanced Certified Scrum Master.
Who can do it? - Anyone with active Advanced Certified Scrum Master Certification and having 36 months of experience as a Scrum Master is eligible for Certified Scrum Professional-Scrum Master. Handled a scrum project in the past 5 years and at least have 72 Scrum education units (SEU) in the past 3 years
How to do it? - Once you have the requisite eligibility you can enroll for this course with the Scrum alliance certified educator. Complete the designed objectives of the course and update the membership profile.

Product Owner career path
What is it? - This is the certification to own the stakeholders and customer relationships for the products. This professional will work on the business side of the product such as velocity, Return on Investment and earned value.
Who can do it? - Those who want to deliver a high-value product very quickly and enhance the value of the product.
How to do it? - One needs to attend the course for 16 hours that is 2 days from Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and fulfill the course objectives and get certified by the Scrum alliance. The certification is valid for the 2 years from the date of issuance.
Benefits - Enhance the value of the product at high velocity and high return on investment. One who attains this certification will lead the product value chain and deliver the products for the engagements. The salary is high because of this niche skilled certification.
What is it? - This course mentored by the CST brings in the higher values in terms of the products and must be a product owner in the organization.
Who can do it? - One is in charge of the product line after completing the CSPO course and has relevant experience of 12 months as a Scrum Product Owner.
How to do it? - You need to enroll for the course of the certified scrum alliance educator and fulfill the designed objectives of the course.
Benefits - Lead the scrum product owners and demand a higher pay scale in the product owner’s role.
What is it? - This is the next inline certification after the A-CSPO.
Who can do it? - Anyone having the A-CSPO and has 36 months' experience as a Product Owner. Must have worked in scrum projects as PO in the past 5 years with a minimum of 72 Scrum education units (SEU) in the past 3 years.
How to do it? - Have active A – CSPO certification, attend the course and fulfill the designed objectives of this course and update the membership profile.
Benefits - Take in charge of the product backlog, product value and lead the team of product owners and demand a higher pay scale
What is it? - Scrum developer certification that discusses details in the technical line.
How to do it? - Two tracks
•Attend CSM course for 2 days, then the CSD technical course for 3 days
•Attend CSD course for 1 day, then the CSD technical course for 3 days and Technical elective for 1 day
Benefits - The skills with this certification are most sought after and demand a higher pay scale. Those who have a flair for development can choose this certification and move up the ladder as an individual contributor.
CSP -Professional is the same as described in the CSP-Scrum Master and CSP-Product Owner.
2. Certification for becoming a coach or a trainer
What is it? - This certification is used by the organizations to facilitate, mentor and train the team of professionals in the teams.
Who can do it? - Anyone with active CSP-SM/PO certification, with 1000 hours of agile coaching experience, and coaching experience in at least 2 Organizations, as well as actively done some 5 agile scrum events and practical experience of scrum implementation and coaching.
How to do it? - First, submit an application with the specified application fee, they should have met the pre-requisite of the application.

What is it? - This certification is required to guide organizations in the scrum implementations and lead the scrum transformations.
Who can do it? - An active CSP-SM, CSP-PO and CSP, coaching experience in at least 3 organizations and 2000 hour coaching experience over the past 3 years.
How to do it? - Submit the application with a fee and then Scrum alliance will certify you after peer evaluation.
Benefits - To become advanced trainers with coaching, mentoring experience and lead agile scrum transformations.
What is it? - This course is needed to become successful trainers in the scrum field.
Who can do it? - Anyone having active certifications such as CSP-SM, CSP-PO, and CSP, scrum implementation experience, partnered with the CST for training, taught to a minimum of 100 candidates by playing the role of a trainer for 2 or 3 days.
How to do it? - Submit application with an application fee, then Trainer approval committee (TAC) will review the application and after approval, the certification panel will call the candidates for the in-person interview. The interview will be rescheduled if failed and if passed will approve your certification.

What is it? - This certification enhances the leadership quality of the individual in whatever role they are playing in handling agile projects.
How to do it? - Complete the set of learning objectives.

What is it? - This is an advanced leadership certification.
Who can do it? - Must be CAL I certified
