Project execution is the phase where the deliverables are completed. So it is the most important phase in project management. It involves a lot of things like kick-off meetings, daily meetings, status update reports, development reports, and performance reports are done in this phase.

The key steps in project management are as follows,

  • Formation of the team,
  • Assigning the team and resources to work on
  • Use raw materials for the project
  • Execute the project management plan
  • Project manager to manage and directs the project execution
  • Setting up tracking and monitoring systems
  • Tasks and activities are executed
