Project execution is the phase where the deliverables are completed. So it is the most important phase in project management. It involves a lot of things like kick-off meetings, daily meetings, status update reports, development reports, and performance reports are done in this phase.

The key steps in project management are as follows,

  • Formation of the team,
  • Assigning the team and resources to work on
  • Use raw materials for the project
  • Execute the project management plan
  • Project manager to manage and directs the project execution
  • Setting up tracking and monitoring systems

Manage the resources and staff with adaptability and with optimization so that there are no issues due to the availability of resources and staff in the project. 4. Has accountability - By tracking the progress ensures you monitor the team's performance. Everyone in the team must be accountable for their tasks and team efforts must be focused on the right direction to complete the project. Have transparent communication open about the performance of the team. The status update meetings must be held as per the periodicity defined during the project planning. 5. Listen and lead - The project manager and his team members must have listening skills as one of their top skills so that they respect each other's views.
