The initial process of earning the title of a Scrum Master is always a great start. When I decided to join this course, different factors triggered me. Among them, the factors that motivated me the most were that I understood that I would be able to facilitate teamwork and help produce positive project results. This is an advance position in the scrum team setting. This person is responsible for facilitating and optimizing agile development process. He/she is also responsible for coaching and mentoring team members who are there in scrum team.
As a principle Scrum Master you are supposed to take care of more than one team, and address the issues and impediments that arise. He/she usually take care of scrum of scrum meetings, internal-team issues.
