From my personal experience of working in a company that deals with creative project management, I can admit that this line of work involves the aspects of creativity, administration, and strategy all in one. The term creative project manager often sparks curiosity: what are the specifics of this position, and why is it so important in the accelerating and innovative modern world?

Based on my understanding, being a creative project manager calls for multitasking, and one has to vie for different skills to correspond to the requirements of the position. Here are some key essential skills:

1. Strong organizational skills: It is very important to keep a record of all the projects, their deadlines, and expected products. For instance, the day-to-day running of a major advertisement campaign entails several activities, including content development, media placement, and performance analysis. Organizational skills ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

2. Excellent communication: Creative project manager needs to promote information sharing and flow between team members and other stakeholders. 5. Client liaison: Talking with clients, defining their expectations, and informing them of the situation if needed.

The salary that a creative project manager receives can be dependent on several factors, including the geographical location, the level of experience, and the sector where he is applying. The salary of a creative project manager may also vary depending on the company or organization.

However, in the United States, the creative project manager’s salary range is between $60,000 and $90,000 annually. Having seniority or working in certain markets that have many clients might help one to get a higher salary. 

For instance, working in key cities such as New York or San Francisco, experienced creative project managers are well sought after. In that case, they can earn more than $100,000 in a year. Thus, compared to central and well-developed markets, salaries can be in the lower range in smaller markets.
