Pre-requisite is 5 years of experience in software development or testing or as a Business Analyst. The exam consists of 45 questions to be answered in 90 minutes and a minimum of 34 questions to be answered correctly to pass the exam. Average salary is $130,000 per year

2) Agile Certified Coach from ICAgile

This is a program for 3 days of training that gives an in-depth knowledge of agile coaching. The course contents are discussions, case studies, and classroom exercises. This certificate can be attained without the exam. Pre-requisite is the basics of agile and little experience in the agile methodology. Career path leads to an Agile Coach. The cost of certification is approximately $1795. The average salary after the certification is $119,000 per year.

3) Agile Manager Agile Certified Practitioners (ACP) from Agile Project Management Institute also called ACP-PMI.

This also considers other frameworks like Kanban, Scrum, and Lean. The average global salary, once you are certified, is $123,000 per year. The career path after the certification is as follows

4) Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.

There are 6 certification courses offered by the Scrum Alliance in this field. They are as follows

The cost of certification is $1495 approximately and the exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions out of which a minimum of 37 questions needs to be answered correctly to pass the exam. The duration of the exam is 1 hour. The average salary ranges between $100,000 to $130,000 per year.

5) Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance

CSP certification provides the skills of roles, procedures, artifacts of the Scrum framework. The pre-requisite is to have A-CSM and 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Career path leads to
