It is good to complete the foundation course to appear for practitioner training. However, you can apply for both together. In that event, after completing the exam you will be offered only with a practitioner certificate.

Answer 33 questions correctly from the 60 questions given and score 55% to pass the examination.
Practitioner Exam
The same 55 is the pass percentage but this exam will contain 68 questions. A minimum of 38 correct answers must be provided to pass the exam.

It is an open book examination with 68 MCQs and is expected to be completed in 150 minutes with a passing score of 38.
The pass percentage for getting certified both levels is 55%.
